Mark Owen

Mark Owen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mark is currently working at RapidSOS as the Regional VP for EMEA Sales since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Enea Openwave as the VP of Sales from March 2021 onwards. Mark also held the role of Director of Alliances/Partnerships EMEA, Russia & CIS at Enea Openwave from August 2013 to March 2021. Before joining Enea Openwave, they worked as the Sales Director Europe at Adaptive Mobile from September 2011 to July 2013, and as the Sales Director at ChangingWorlds from September 2008 to September 2011. Mark Owen also worked at AePONA as the Global Partner Director & Sales Director for Nordics, South Africa and Ireland, responsible for indirect sales channel and direct sales and business development, from 2005 to 2008. Mark served as the Global Alliance Wireless Director at Critical Path from February 2002 to September 2004, and as the Sales Director for the Nordic region at ISOCOR from February 1996 to January 2002. Mark Owen began their career as a Technical Consultant at Mercury Communications in 1992.

Mark Owen attended De Montfort University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Information Technology.
