Matt Theusch

Matt Theusch is a 911 Technology Strategist with extensive experience in technical 911 operations and public safety. Currently serving as a Public Safety Manager at RapidSOS since 2024, they previously held the role of Deputy Director at Dupage County ETSB from 2016 to 2024. Earlier in their career, Matt worked as a Supervisor at North Suburban Emergency Communications from 1998 to 2014 and as an Assistant Communications Coordinator for the City of Evanston from 2014 to 2016. Matt holds a Master's degree in Public Safety Administration from Lewis University, earned between 2007 and 2009.
