Matthew Wagner

Matthew Wagner serves as the Sr. Sales Enablement Manager at RapidSOS since April 2024. Previously, Matthew held various roles at Motive from March 2016 to December 2023, culminating as the Revenue Enablement Program Manager, where Matthew secured promotions for four high achievers and led the design and launch of an in-house sales methodology. Matthew's career began as an Account Executive at Motive, advancing from SMB to Mid-Market roles before transitioning to enablement. Earlier experience includes working as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Couchbase, where Matthew was promoted from SDR to Senior SDR, and an internship with Congressman Frank Pallone in the U.S. House of Representatives. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Penn State Altoona.
