Susan Webster

Susan Webster, ENP, RPL, CPE, currently serves as the ECC Engagement Manager for the Northeast at RapidSOS, starting in February 2024. With extensive experience in emergency communications, Susan has held the position of President of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association since January 2011, along with serving as the 1st Vice President. From October 2017 to February 2024, Susan was the Director of Emergency Services and Telecommunications for the City of Hartford, where responsibilities included managing the Emergency Communication Center and preparing annual budgets. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Northwest CT Public Safety Communication Center, where Susan managed a not-for-profit Regional Communication Center and negotiated 9-1-1 contracts, and as President of the Managers of Emergency Communication Center Association. Early career roles involved operations management and paramedic services at American Medical Response and New Britain Emergency Medical Services. Susan holds a Paramedic Certification from CT State Naugatuck Valley and is pursuing further education at Post University.
