As the founder of both Wendy Parslow, LLC and Snoqualmie Valley Women in Leadership, they empower individuals through leadership development and community engagement. With extensive experience in operations and marketing across various organizations, including REI and K2 Sports, Wendy has consistently driven growth and enhanced organizational effectiveness. Wendy holds a BA in Creative Writing from Western Washington University and has completed a seminar in Finance & Accounting for Non-Financial Executives at UW Foster School of Business.
