Tinashe

Eldridge Mupanduki Tinashe is a Civil and Structural Engineer with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various consulting engineering roles. Beginning as a Trainee Site Engineer at John Sisk and Son Builders Contractors, Tinashe developed a foundation in site supervision and civil engineering activities. Subsequent positions included Resident Engineer at T2Tech Consulting Engineers and Civil Engineer at Thomson & Van Eck Consulting Engineers, focusing on detailed designs and engineering drawings for reinforced concrete and steel structures. As a Structural Engineer at Map Africa Consulting Engineers, Tinashe managed site monitoring and conditional assessments, later transitioning to a Civil Structural Engineer at Rapidus Consulting, where project management and construction supervision are key responsibilities. Tinashe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
