Chris Kelley

Chris Kelley has extensive work experience in the field of service delivery, technical support, and management. Chris started their career in the United States Air Force as a Command Chief Master Sergeant, serving as a Senior Enlisted Advisor. After that, they joined American Science and Engineering, Inc. where they held various positions of increasing responsibility. Chris served as a Technical Support Lead for the Cargo Products Division, managing sustainment and reliability issues for cargo programs across five continents. Chris then became a Regional Field Service Manager for the Middle East/Africa region, overseeing a network of service providers and deploying multinational Field Service Engineers. Later, they took on the role of Technical Support Manager, leading a support agency and ensuring compliance with program strategy and initiatives. Chris then became the Director of Training and Technical Support, managing a state-of-the-art training division and overseeing technical support and customer service initiatives. After that, they became the Director of North America Field Service and Technical Support, responsible for the field service division and global technical support. Most recently, they have been working as the Senior Director of Global Cargo Service Delivery, leading operations and P&L responsibility for a service delivery team across five global regions and ensuring the smooth operations of a global installation base of cargo x-ray systems.

Chris Kelley obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a field of study in Executive Program from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School. This degree was earned from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Chris pursued Professional Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2004 to 2007 but did not complete a degree in this field. Additionally, Chris holds certifications as a Certified Executive Leader from Service Strategies, obtained in April 2016, and as a Certified Field Service Manager, obtained in September 2009.
