David Spence is a seasoned finance and project management professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Program Finance Analyst at American Science and Engineering, Inc. since August 2019, Spence previously held positions at Siemens Mobility, Inc. as a Senior Commercial Project Manager and at Siemens Industry US in various roles including Senior Project Manager and Commercial Controller, where significant cost savings and project management achievements were realized. Spence's earlier experience includes serving in the US Navy as a Course Program Supervisor/Instructor and an IC Electrician on the USS Sentry.
