Ankit Sood

Head of Customer Success at RapL

Ankit Sood has a wealth of experience in customer success, operations, and strategy. Ankit's career began in 2010 when they were a Summer Intern at Subros Limited, where they gained an understanding of machining processes and conducted quality inspections of machined parts. In 2011, they became Assistant Manager- Operations/Strategy/Projects at Hero MotoCorp Ltd. In 2016, they were Senior Associate at Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Autoninja as Regional Manager and Associate Consultant - Operations/CRM. Ankit then moved to ShopSe as Senior Manager in 2021 before becoming Head of Customer Success at RapL Inc. in 2022.

Ankit Sood attended St. Lukes Senior Secondary School Solan from 1995 to 2007, where they received their Secondary Class in Science. Ankit then went on to attend the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
