Santhosh has work experience as a Software Quality Assurance Tester at RapL Inc. since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Content Editor (Data Extraction) at Sphera India Pvt from April 2016 to February 2023. Santhosh. also has experience in software testing at Saakshin Technologies Pvt Ltd from July 2014 to December 2014.

Santhosh C's education history begins in 2005 when they completed their S.S.L.C degree from the Karnataka Secondary Education Board. Santhosh. then furthered their education by pursuing a Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dteb from 2006 to 2009. After completing their Diploma, they went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from RNS Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Santhosh also obtained a certification as an AMCAT Certified Collections Specialist from Aspiring Minds in September 2014.
