Daniel Cook

Daniel Cook is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in commercial property, particularly within the motor trade sector, currently working at Rapleys since January 2005. In this role, Daniel provides expert advice to landlords, tenants, and occupiers on various aspects of commercial property, including motor dealerships, petrol filling stations, and roadside retail properties. Responsibilities include advising on rent reviews, lease renewals, and conducting secured lending valuations for multiple lenders. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a Surveyor at Mouchel Parkman from July 2003 to January 2005 as part of the Bedfordshire County Council management contract. Daniel holds a BSc (Hons) in Planning and Development from Nottingham Trent University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
