Andy Styles has extensive experience in project management and technical leadership, currently serving as a Senior Project Lead at RAPP since February 2015, where responsibilities include managing client-facing projects for Single Customer View marketing solutions and overseeing a team of developers and testers. Prior experience at RAPP includes roles as Project Manager and Project Lead, with responsibilities ranging from technical specification writing to team management. Andy also worked as a Technical Project Lead at dbg and has a background in systems engineering and programming, contributing to various stages of project lifecycles. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership and Management at Cranfield School of Management, Andy has utilized methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban throughout a career that began with earlier programming roles at Bristol Office Machines.
