Annabel Deacon

Annabel Deacon (Assoc. CIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Annabel is currently working as a Talent & Development Lead at RAPP since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Karmarama from February 2016 to November 2019. Annabel also served as the Head of Talent at Nice Agency from November 2012 to November 2019, where they specialized in digital agency recruitment. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Firehorse from January 2011 to October 2012. Annabel has experience in digital recruitment consulting, having worked as a Digital Recruitment Consultant at Hudson Digital from December 2010 to January 2011, and as a Consultant at Source from September 2010 to November 2010. Annabel started their career as an Account Exec at ecom recruitment from September 2008 to September 2010. Prior to that, Annabel worked as a Provisioning Analyst at Verizon Business from March 2008 to September 2008.

In 2007, they obtained a Ment (Masters of Enterprise) degree from The University of Manchester, and prior to that, in 2006, they graduated from the same university with a 2:1 degree in Textile Design & Design Management.
