Annie Gardner

Annie Gardner is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in resource management and process implementation across various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Executive Assistant at RAPP since November 2019, Annie has previously held similar roles at Pitch Marketing Group, where responsibilities included creating resourcing processes and managing contracts. At AKQA, Annie managed operations for Data Science and Analytics, overseeing global resourcing and developing processes to enhance collaboration across studios. Early career experience includes resource management at Flamingo and krow communications ltd, as well as an office management role at The Eleven Enterprises Limited, a startup studio. Annie's foundational skills were developed through multiple roles in production at Endemol, contributing to live reality shows. Annie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Cardiff University.
