Ed Freed is the Global Chief Transformation Officer at RAPP. Ed has over 20 years of experience in the field of technology, specialising in game-changing technology for blue chip brands.

Ed started their career in 1998 as a Technical Architect at KMR. Ed then moved to Zinc Ltd as Technical Director in 2000. In 2003, they joined Ai London as COO and then Twentysix London in 2006. In October 2006, they joined Code Worldwide as COO.

During their time at Code Worldwide, Ed was responsible for the rollout of the company's interactive TV channel in different markets, including Australia. Ed was also in charge of the set-up of the Two Way TV business in Australia and the roll-out of the service on the Austar and Foxtel pay TV services.

Ed left Code Worldwide in January 2018 to join RAPP as Global Chief Transformation Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's transformation programme and driving growth through innovation.

They are on a team with John Gim - Global Chief Marketing Sciences Officer, Chris Freeland - CEO, RAPP UK, and Courtney De La Peña - SVP, Consumer & Market Intelligence. Ed Freed reports to Marco Scognamiglio, Gloabl CEO.
