Lina Rivera is an experienced professional in quality assurance and writing, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at RAPP since July 2013, overseeing a diverse team of 16 QA Analysts across multiple time zones. Lina has also been a writer and copy editor since April 2009, contributing to various projects, including the Bank of America WeeklyWrap® newsletter, a successful Kickstarter-funded novel titled Vizcaya, and articles for an independent music magazine.
