Paul Garnier

Paul Garnier possesses extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, currently serving as Vice President of Grupo Garnier since January 1990. Additionally, Paul holds the position of President at LOYMARK and RAPP, both since 2000, and served as President of the Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteamericano from March 2022 to March 2025, having previously held the same position from February 2013 to March 2019. Paul has also contributed as a Board Member at Central Gate from March 2019 to March 2022, supporting high-tech service providers in Costa Rica. Early career highlights include Managing Director at CAC Porter Novelli from 1991 to 1999 and Account Director at Garnier BBDO from 1987 to 1989. Paul holds a Master's degree in Photography from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, an MA in Advertising from Michigan State University, and a BA in Business Administration from Universidad de Costa Rica.
