Qi Wan L.

Qi Wan L. is an Associate Director at RAPP, where they lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth. With over 20 years of experience in the US Army, Qi specialized in talent acquisition and operations management, recently supervising a large recruiting operation in Northern Chicagoland. They previously held various positions within the Army, including Talent Acquisition Supervisor and in-service Special Operations Recruiter. Qi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Post University in 2019 and has recently transitioned to the civilian sector, where they are contributing to integrated marketing initiatives.
