Tom Parr

Tom Parr is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the advertising and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at RAPP since September 2025, Tom has previously held the same title at KERN - an Omnicom Agency from October 2017 to September 2025. Prior to this, Tom was the Client Finance Director at RAPP from June 2016 to October 2017 and the SVP/Director of Finance at Direct Partners, Inc. from September 1999 to June 2016. Tom's career began as a Controller at Davis Elen Advertising from August 1990 to September 1999. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pepperdine University, attending from 1986 to 1990.
