Jan Baan is the Founder and Chairman of Rappit, Vanenburg, and Vanenburg Group. They previously founded The Baan Company in 1978 and served as CEO until 1998, growing it to $680 million and making it the second-largest ERP player. They founded Cordys in 2001, which was acquired by OpenText in 2013. They also founded Educator (2006-2019) and NetProtector (2004-2019).
