With a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, Robert has excelled in various leadership roles, culminating in their current position as Regional Reception Manager for Rapport Guest Services in Manchester and Scotland. Prior to this, Robert held managerial roles at Swell UK and Eclectic Hotel Collection. Robert's experience also includes stints at Marriott Hotels in different management capacities.
