David Andersen has worked in the recruitment industry since 2008. David began their career at Randstad Technologies US as a Recruitment Consultant, where they were responsible for delivering identified resources to clients and handling consultant-related escalations. In 2011, they moved to Modis as Senior Recruitment Manager, where they developed sales strategies to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability, built and maintained an account portfolio of clients and prospects, and executed and managed daily business development activities. Since 2015, they have been the Recruitment Director at Rapport IT Services LLC, providing internal HR, recruitment and talent management/acquisition expertise to a variety of industries.
