Rapt Supports’ focus is to empower people living with disability to increase their confidence and independence through the opportunity to be employed in a job they love. This extends to be supported throughout their daily life and integrate into their community with confidence.

We believe that the opportunity to participate in meaningful employment and activities has a profound impact on many areas of someone’s life. From learning new skills, participating in a team, developing communication skills, building confidence and earning money. Having positive activities planned can provide the motivation to get up in the morning with purpose and structure.
