Aaron Brown

Aaron Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron'scurrent role is as the CEO of Rapta Inc., where they lead a team of experts in the fields of AI, enterprise software, and manufacturing. Prior to this, Aaron served as the Software Development Manager at RealSelf, overseeing search functionality across their website and mobile app. Aaron also worked as the Senior Engineering Manager - Advanced Innovation at Stanley Black & Decker, where they focused on leveraging AI and ML technologies for customer value. Aaron co-founded Indice Semiconductor, where they served as the President and Co-founder, and later became the Chief Operating Officer. Aaron also held positions at PBE Group, OPTALERT Pty Ltd, Grey Innovation Group Pty Ltd, CEA Technologies, and Elektra Audio, where they gained experience in hardware design, engineering management, and project management. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a strong background in leadership, innovative problem-solving, and delivering successful products and solutions.

Aaron Brown attended RMIT University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2005, they briefly enrolled at the Australian Institute of Management, where they completed a program called "The New Manager" in the field of Business Administration and Management.
