Dr. Vikas JOSHI is the Founder and CEO of Harbinger Group, a global technology company specializing in products and solutions for the Human Resources, eLearning, Digital Publishing, Education, and High-Tech sectors. Dr. Vikas also serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Harbinger Knowledge Products. Dr. Joshi has a MS in Computer Science from Syracuse University, a Owner President Management degree from Harvard Business School, a Doctorate in The Coevolution of Technology Firms and Founders from University of Pennsylvania, and a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
