Nathan Doyle has over 15 years of experience in software quality engineering. In 2007, they began their career as a Test Contractor at Polycom, where they used black box testing methods to system test VOIP endpoints. Nathan then became a Software QA Engineer II at Polycom, where they worked with VOIP phones primarily using SIP, applied black box and white box testing techniques, and was familiar with several types of SIP PBX interfaces. In 2012, they moved to SpectraLink, where they learned Android OS and Python in order to create a test automation framework and spearheaded SQA integration into Agile process. In 2015, they joined Cloud Elements as a Quality Engineer, where they tested the front and backend of a REST API system using a mix of Robot Framework, manual test, and node.js. Nathan then moved to Valen Analytics in 2016 as a Quality Engineer, where they performed manual and automated testing on a RESTful system fronted by an Angular GUI. In 2018, they joined Automox as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they worked to maintain overall product quality and collaborated closely with developers using Quality Assist model to ensure testing was done and automation was created. Currently, they are a Senior Software Quality Engineer at Raptor Maps - Solar Software.

Nathan Doyle attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1999 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. Prior to that, they attended the University of Puget Sound from 1998 to 1999 and studied Physics. No additional certifications have been obtained.
