Business System Analyst at Raptor Technologies

Chase Hall has been working in the IT industry since 2006. Chase began their career as a Help Desk Agent at Acer in 2006. In 2007, they joined Halliburton as a Service Center Analyst II, where they worked closely with Help Desk agents in Houston, TX and Pune, India. Chase was the Technical Lead and Supervisor for over 30 Help Desk agents globally and was the Subject Matter Expert for Halliburton specific software requiring 24/7 on-call support. In 2011, Hall joined Loomis as a Desktop Analyst and provided end-user support in a corporate HQ environment. Chase also provided top tier support for hardware, software, smart phone (BlackBerry, iPhone, Android), and networking issues. Chase also created installations via Systems Management Server Installer for distribution through SCCM or manual download/install. In 2013, Hall joined Weatherford as a Service Desk Manager. In 2018, they joined Raptor Technologies, LLC as a Business System Analyst and IT/Service Desk Manager.

Chase Hall obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018 after completing an Associate of Arts in Computer and Information Systems from Houston Community College in 2017.
