Dini Neiger

Dini Neiger is an experienced professional in employee experience and human resources, currently serving as the Global Employee Experience & HR Admin at Rapyd since December 2021. In this role, Dini designs and implements comprehensive employee experience frameworks for over 800 employees across nine global locations and directs various well-being programs and initiatives. Prior to this, Dini held positions such as HR Admin & Office Manager at Julius Baer and Account Executive at Charlotte's Web, managing sales accounts and contributing to B2B relationships with healthcare practitioners. Dini's earlier experience includes roles in the Israeli Defense Forces as a Foreign Relations NCO and as a Marketing Campaign Manager at Act.IL, where impactful social media campaigns were developed. Dini holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Reichman University and has a diverse background in event coordination, marketing, and communications.
