Ayman Naffaa

Ayman Naffaa is an experienced construction and project management professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at RAQ since April 2022, Ayman has held various leadership roles within Amana Contracting & Steel Buildings, including Senior Project Manager since December 2015 and Project Manager from November 2008 to October 2014. Prior to this, Ayman worked as a Construction Manager at Amana from May 2002 to November 2005 and at Zakum Development Company from March 1998 to May 2002. Ayman's career began as a Project Engineer at Seidco General Contracting Company from October 1993 to March 1998, and earlier as a Civil Engineer with the Syrian Ministry of Housing from October 1987 to June 1993. Ayman holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Aleppo University, obtained between 1981 and 1986.
