Riyas Moideen

Riyas Moideen possesses a robust background in civil and structural engineering, with a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum. Riyas has held prominent positions in several organizations, including serving as the Head of Tendering & Technical Department at RAQ from December 2023 to June 2025, alongside roles as Tendering & Technical Manager and Technical Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Civil Structural Engineer at ASIA Prime General Contracting Co. LLC from January 2017 to June 2022, as well as a Structural Engineer at ESCALA CONSTRUCTIONS from June 2013 to November 2016.
