Steven Gates

Steven Gates has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Steven started their career as a Delivery Driver at Aaron's, Inc in 2012, where they gained skills in operating vehicles and using power tools. Steven later joined Lowe's Companies, Inc as a Department Manager, where they supervised employee schedules, managed inventory, and oversaw cycle counts.

In 2016, Steven became a Sales Manager at Aaron's, Inc, where they served as a liaison between customers and the rental department, managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments and merchandise returns. Steven then transitioned to the role of Customer Account Manager, handling electronic and hardcopy files for customer accounts.

In 2018, Steven joined Spirit AeroSystems as a Structures Installation Mechanic, where they assembled aircraft parts, following strict safety and quality procedures. Steven utilized pneumatic tools to ensure the integrity and longevity of the parts for a minimum of 30 years.

From 2020 to 2021, Steven worked at Anime For Humanity as a Communications Coordinator, responsible for reaching out to content creators, communicating with non-profit organizations for cooperative efforts, and gathering possible sponsors. Steven also served as a Senior Community Manager, managing a group of content creators for fundraising streams and delivering mental health resources to convention attendees.

In 2021, Steven joined Radical Share as a Social Media/Community Manager, executing communication plans, establishing relationships with the community and partners, and serving as a liaison to customers.

From 2018 to present, Steven Gates has also been a Content Creator on Twitch, focusing on Indie Games and providing a judgment-free environment for interaction and enjoyment.

Recently, in 2023, Steven joined Rare Candy as a Social and Community Marketer.
