Rare Find is a boutique global executive search and career coaching firm built on one powerful principle: insiders get results.

Founded by Krysta, a recruiter with over 10 years of talent acquisition and global executive search experience, Rare Find bridges the gap between exceptional candidates and the opportunities they deserve. We don’t just review resumes — we know exactly what makes a hiring manager stop, lean in, and say “get this person on the phone.” That’s because we’ve been on the other side of the table, making those exact decisions.

But our edge goes beyond experience. Over a decade in recruiting has built something rare in itself: a deep, trusted network of hiring managers, C-suite executives, and decision-makers across industries. When Rare Find is in your corner, you’re not just getting a polished resume — you’re gaining access to relationships that open doors before roles are ever posted publicly.
