RARE is a leading boutique management agency to top-tier Youtube talent and creatives. We represent a diverse portfolio of singular creators and artists — digital media icons, industry trailblazers, and rising stars in a league of their own.

Founded in 2014, RARE was among the first talent agencies to break new ground in the YouTube space — developing premium fashion, beauty and lifestyle content, while championing bold, female voices. In an era of rapid industry change, we’ve delivered next-level 360 management, world-class expertise, and competitive strategy to take our clients from online personas to powerhouse brands.

Female-owned, female-run, and female-focused, RARE puts women and their stories at the forefront of digital media. Our client roster proudly reflects a deep investment in multiethnic, multicultural narratives and representation. RARE Talent are the standard in top-level collaboration with the world’s biggest brands.
