Tracy M. has an extensive work experience in the corporate world. Tracy began their career at AT&T in 1985 as a Systems Engineer/ Consultant. In 1988, they were promoted to National Account Manager - Hunter and achieved 200% of equipment objective and 140% of network objective. Tracy was then promoted to District Manager - Private Line Call Center and Chief of Staff to President. In 1990, they were selected by the Leadership Team to lead Executive Board Strategy Development Process for Business Services. In 2001, they became the CEO of Rare Medium (NASDAQ: RRRR), growing the company to $200M revenues/ 1200 employees/ 12 offices worldwide and achieving profitability. Tracy also established Teachers Support Network (TSN) as the premiere provider of Talent Management Systems (TMS) to states and school districts nationwide.
Tracy M. began their educational journey in 2005 when they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International/Global Studies from Rutgers University. Prior to that, they had obtained two bachelor's degrees from the University of Lynchburg; a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General.
