rare society is a full-service management company dedicated to empowering artists, writers, mixers, and producers. Founded by music industry veteran Nick Groff—formerly Senior Vice President of A&R at Interscope Records and General Manager of Geffen Records—rare society operates with a deep understanding of artistry, fan engagement, and the evolving music landscape.

At rare society, we are an art-first, fan-focused management company. We believe that art is the foundation of every artist’s career—it must be protected, valued, and amplified. Equally essential is the growth of an artist’s fan base and network, as these are the driving forces behind long-term success.

As the industry shifts toward an algorithm-driven model for discovery and consumption, an artist’s ability to build meaningful connections with fans is more critical than ever. Our mission is to equip artists with the tools, strategies, and support needed to foster deep fan relationships, expand their reach, and maximize their creative and commercial potential.

Our roster includes: producers/writers Ian Fitchuk (Maggie Rogers, Stephen Sanchez, Kacey Musgraves), Chris Greatti (Willow, Yungblud, Aurora), Konstantin Kersting (Tones and I, Spacey Jane, Mallrat, Fisher), and Shane Becker (Twenty One Pilots, Montell Fish, Chelsea Cutler), producer/writer/artist Anderson East (Anderson East, Foy Vance, Solon Holy), as well as artists BUNT, Caroline Grace, and Cori Kennedy.
