Emily Gray

Emily Gray is currently the Vice President of Individual Giving at Rare, where they inspire change for both people and nature. With a Master's degree in International Development from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Not-for-Profit Management from Salem College, Emily has extensive experience in philanthropy, particularly in environmental advocacy and women's empowerment. They previously served as the Senior Director of Development at The Hub Project and have held significant roles at the Natural Resources Defense Council, African Wildlife Foundation, and in political campaigns. Emily is recognized for their expertise in cultivating relationships to secure major gifts, along with skills in fundraising, event planning, and public speaking.
