RarisRex, LLC, is a Mentor Protégé Joint Venture, which combines the industry-leading technical expertise of both the mentor, T-Rex, and the protégé, UNCOMN. 

T-Rex brings a deep intimacy with the Census Bureau and growing intimacy within NOAA, DHS, IRS, and the IT Contracting market in the DC Metro Area. Likewise, 

UNCOMN provides a deep understanding of US TRANSCOM (USTC) and knowledge of the Scott AFB and greater St. Louis IT contracting markets. Together, we are uniquely positioned to provide enterprise level cloud and cybersecurity solutions across a wide range of agencies, projects, and missions.

A defining characteristic of our partnership is that we are committed to supporting a culture of employee empowerment, commitment to excellence, and community engagement. We formed the joint venture RarisRex, LLC to solidify this partnership and enable us to jointly pursue work as a service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB).
