Роман Зубков

Роман Зубков is the Head of the Information System Management Department at СИБИНТЕК in the Volga macroregion, a position held since 2018. They have extensive experience in IT and telecommunications, previously serving as the Chief Engineer-Programmer at ООО «ИНФОПРО Корпоративные решения» from 2006 to 2010, and as the Director of Strategic Development at ИнфоПро from 2013 to 2014. Rоман began their career as a Telecommunications Engineer at ЗАО «Самарасвязьинформ» from 2003 to 2006 and has held various leadership roles in project management and IT consulting. Rоман graduated with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Поволжская Государственная Академия Телекоммуникаций и информатики in 2002.
