Léa Blanchard

Léa Blanchard is currently the Responsable Agence at RAS Intérim in Lorient, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Léa gained extensive experience in commercial and recruitment positions, including consultante roles at Adecco Recruitment and CAZE IMMOBILIER D'ENTREPRISE. Léa has also worked as an agent commercial at Agence TERRE D’IMMO and as a jeune fille au pair with AuPairWorld. Léa holds a Licence professionnelle in Métiers de l'immobilier and a BTS in Négociation Relation Client, both of which support a strong foundation in the real estate and client relations sectors.
