Erik Sirnes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Erik currently serves as the General Manager at Rasa, where they are responsible for the overall results of the company. Prior to this, they worked as the Fulfillment Manager at Rasa and oversaw warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment operations.
Before joining Rasa, Erik held the position of Supply Chain Director at Charlotte's Web from 2017 to 2020. Erik also served as the Director of Procurement at Charter Communications, where they led the Field Procurement team and managed a budget of $1.3 billion.
Erik's earlier experiences include working as the Procurement Manager at Crocs and as a Global Supply Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, where they played a significant role in the integration and management of direct material procurement for a $1.2 billion acquisition. Erik was also responsible for managing the global supply base for steel, aluminum, copper, and brass commodities.
Throughout their career, Erik has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in procurement, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
Erik Sirnes started their education at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in the year 2000. Erik pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Economics & Technology Management, which they completed in 2006.
Following their time at NTNU, Erik went on to attend Clarkson University in the year 2006. At Clarkson University, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Global Supply Chain Management. Erik completed their studies at Clarkson University in 2007.
