Rob Kimmer

Rob Kimmer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rob currently holds the position of Head of Trademarks & Brand Protection Law at Mei & Mark LLP since February 2016. In 2021, Rob became the COO and a member of the Board at OPAD Airway, a company focused on launching a patented medical device product. Rob also serves as the General Counsel at RASA, a fast-casual Indian-fusion restaurant chain, since December 2019. Additionally, Rob is the Co-Founder, Chief Legal Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors at SunPopCare, a global cosmetics company, since April 2019. Rob is also actively involved as a Trademark/Copyright/IP Expert and Founding Member at USA 500 Clubs LLC, a Council Member & Expert at GLG, and handles legal and business matters for a prominent actor and their celebrity-branded businesses at Call It Whatever You Want, LLC. Prior to their current roles, Rob worked as a Senior Attorney/Senior Counsel at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and played a key role at Litman Law as the Chair of the Trademark & Copyright Practice Groups. Rob also served as In-House Counsel at Maple Life Analytics - MLF Financial Group/Maple Life Financial. Overall, Rob brings over 20 years of experience in leadership, legal expertise, and project management to their various roles.

Rob Kimmer's education history includes a Bachelor's degree from Emory University, where they studied Journalism and Theater Studies. Rob also attended Richard Montgomery High School, where they completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program. In addition, Rob pursued a J.D. degree in Intellectual Property Law at The George Washington University and The George Washington University Law School.
