Hossam Saeed

Hossam Saeed has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Hossam is currently working as a Product Manager at Rasan since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Capgemini as a Product Owner from June 2021 to December 2021, where they were responsible for analyzing enhancement requests for various government entities' electronic services and prioritizing the product backlog.

Before joining Capgemini, Hossam worked at Emirates Auction as a Product Owner from January 2021 to June 2021.

In 2020, they founded a single-owned company which they managed until January 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, Hossam worked at Dubai Technologies as a Senior Business Analyst. Hossam was responsible for delivering solid requirements and analysis for projects, conducting feasibility studies, and acting as a liaison between different stakeholders.

Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Elm Company from 2013 to 2018. Hossam collaborated with various ministries and departments and worked on ERP solutions and HR solutions for Ministry of Human Resource.

Hossam also has experience working as a Senior Business Analyst at Arrow Electronics from 2011 to 2013, as a Technical Team Lead/System Analyst at Sure Technology & Consulting (SURE) from 2010 to 2011, as a Senior Software Engineer at LINKdotNET from 2008 to 2010, and as a Solutions Developer at Ripple from 2005 to 2007. In these roles, they were involved in analyzing business systems, recommending solutions, and integrating CRM with custom applications.

Hossam Saeed has a diverse education history. Hossam first attended the Information Technology Institute (ITI) from 2003 to 2004, where they focused on Management Information Systems and Services. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Ain Shams University, attending from 1998 to 2003. Hossam continued their education at Ain Shams University, completing a Pre-master's degree in Computer Science from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Hossam Saeed also obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in June 2020.
