Jonathan Lin

Jonathan Lin is a co-founder of Rascal Games since June 2023, working on a multiplayer adventure game with full funding from seasoned game developers and investors from notable companies such as Riot Games and Niantic. Prior to this, Jonathan served as a Senior Engineering Manager at Discord from November 2018 to March 2023, leading teams that developed community products for the platform. Jonathan has entrepreneurial experience as the co-founder and CTO of Blitz Esports, creators of blitz.gg, and held the position of Director of Events for Cal Hacks at UC Berkeley. Early career experiences include a Mobile Engineering Internship at Electronic Arts and web development at the Lawrence Hall of Science. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and attended the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science.
