Pete Bell

Pete Bell is an experienced educational professional currently serving as the Learning Manager at the Raspberry Pi Foundation since April 2022. With a career spanning over a decade at Pearson, Pete held various roles including Principal Examiner for International Lower Secondary Computing and Chief Examiner for iGCSE ICT, contributing to qualification development in IT, Computing, and Computer Science. Previous positions include Head of Computing and Business at Alder Grange School and Head of Faculty - STEAM at Rishworth School. Additional experience includes consulting for the National College for Leadership of Schools and the Department for Education, along with roles as a visiting moderator and assessment material developer for OCR. Pete holds an MSc in Multimedia and eLearning from the University of Huddersfield and a Master of Arts in Education from Edge Hill University.
