Ken Okolo

Ken Okolo has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Ken began their career in 2007 as a Job Ready Officer at Futureversity, where they facilitated training programs and managed team members. Then, from 2011 to 2012, they worked as the Head of Operations at Wild Fusion Limited, focusing on HR, office administration, and media sales. In 2012, Ken co-founded REQIT, a recruitment technology company, where they served as the Managing Director until its closure in 2014. Ken then joined graylink as the Business Development & Support Lead in Nigeria from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they worked at TalentintheCloud as the Regional Manager - West Africa, specializing in recruitment for the FinTech and Payments sector. Ken's next role was as a Business Development Manager at Oradian, where they built strategic partnerships with financial institutions to expand their cloud-based core banking solution. Ken then worked at Volley as the Director of Talent Operations, responsible for overseeing talent acquisition and operations. Currently, Ken holds the position of Strategic Partnerships, Africa at Raspberry Pi, focusing on developing partnerships in the African market.

Ken Okolo earned a Bsc in Computer Science from London Metropolitan University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies from Informatics Computer School from 2002 to 2003. In September 2021, Ken obtained a certification titled "Become a Chief of Staff" from LinkedIn.
