Martin Hellawell is the Chair of Raspberry Pi PLC and Gamma Communications PLC, and serves as a Trustee for the Bloomfield Trust. They previously spent 18 years at Softcat PLC, first as CEO, leading the company through an IPO in 2015, and later as Chair until 2023, during which the company’s revenues grew significantly. Earlier in their career, Martin held various roles at Computacenter, contributing to their growth in the UK and France for over a decade. They have also served as a Senior Independent Director at Team17 and have held consulting roles at Canalys. Martin studied Marketing and French at Lancaster University.
