Richard Boult

Richard Boult has had an extensive career in finance and leadership roles. In 2002, they started their career as the Group Financial Controller at Wolseley plc. Richard then worked as the Director of Finance and Treasury at Darty plc from 2006 to 2008. Boult then served as the Director of Finance, IT, and Property at Comet Group plc from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they also briefly worked as the Director of Finance at Tullett Prebon.

In 2011, Boult took on the role of CFO Europe at Fox International Channels, where they oversaw the broadcasting of Fox and National Geographic television channels across Europe. Richard was involved in various business aspects, including channel launches, acquisitions, and partnerships. Boult held this position until 2013.

Following their role at Fox International Channels, Boult worked as the Group Finance Director at BCA Marketplace plc from 2014 to 2015. Richard was responsible for preparing the finance function for the company's listing and played a pivotal role in the group's growth.

From 2016 to 2018, Boult served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Time Out Group plc, an AIM-listed media, e-commerce, and food markets business. Richard managed a business with a revenue of £44 million, overseeing the media division's operations in 107 cities and the Time Out Market division's physical restaurant and food hall in Lisbon.

In 2016, Boult also took on the role of Treasurer at Kingston Upon Thames United Charities, where they continue to serve. Richard'smost recent position is the Chief Financial Officer at Raspberry Pi Trading, a role they have held since October 2019. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at Dovetail Games from March 2019 to October 2019.

Richard Boult attended the University of Cambridge from 1983 to 1986, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Computer Science.
