Jeff Manning

Jeff Manning is the President of Manning NavComp, Inc. since 1993, bringing extensive experience in the field. Prior to this role, Jeff Manning served as a Senior Electronic Systems Engineer at Raytheon E-Systems from 1987 to 1995. Jeff Manning holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Energy and Power Systems from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2011 and 2020. Additionally, Jeff Manning obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Communication, Control, and Nonlinear Systems, from The University of Texas at Arlington from 1987 to 1993, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, concentrating on Communication and Control, from The University of Texas at Austin from 1984 to 1987.
