Hermawan currently serves as the Section Head Production at Rata. Prior to this, Hermawan was with Kaliber Performance Marketing as a Performance Specialist from October 2020 to September 2021. There, Hermawan was responsible for managing paid marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring ads delivery quality and resolving any problems that arose. Hermawan also tracked and measured all digital marketing metrics, including actual spend, conversion volumes and ROAS metrics. In addition, Hermawan performed campaign strategizing, expansion and optimization & analysis.
From March 2020 to October 2020, Hermawan served as the Digital Marketing Manager at PT Mitra Karya Adiperkasa. There, Hermawan was responsible for building brands presence through digital marketing. This included developing marketing plans and strategies within digital platforms, establishing new channels utilization as marketing tools to promote business based on company target & objectives, and collaborating with operational teams & brand-level marketing to execute campaigns based on plan and strategy.
Hermawan has also served as Content Marketing & CRM Specialist at Lalamove from August 2018 to March 2020, and Social Media & Event Specialist at PT Whiskindo Jaya Makmur from May 2017 to August 2018.
Hermawan has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from President University. Hermawan also has certification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in Google Ads Apps Certification, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, Google Search Ads Certification, and Shopping ads Certification.
