Justin Holman has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Justin started their career at The Home Depot in 2013 as a Department Supervisor and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined Staples as an Acting General Manager and held that role until 2018. Since 2019, Justin has been working at RateMyAgent USA as a Customer Success Manager, where they lead the Customer Success team, focusing on product training and customer service for SaaS clients. Justin is responsible for hosting live training sessions for Corporate and MLS partners and creating tutorial videos.
